I'm aware than my product is out of warranty now by two months.
Is that even fair for a customer who has purchased the product with such high rates to invest more and repair for a mistake which is not even on their side? @HP

I am a student there's not even any chance for rough use except attending the online classes and I have not used the laptop more than 4 hours per day.

I went to the nearby hp centre and they asked me to raise a complaint to the HP support. When I contacted the HP support the guy told me to contact the service centre again as my product is out of warranty. I told him the situation.

I brought a laptop from Hp(Pavilion 360) in May 2020, and I have been getting the 'battery alert' from the month April 2021. I was unable to contact the nearby service centre as it was the peak time of Covid-19 crisis and my family was very much devasted because of that.
