I was able to eat this one “taco” out of the 7 items I ordered. I want all my money plus an emotional distress fee and free Taco Bell for at least a year. I’m pissed.
@Grubhub@tacobell the fact that I’m still being charged a delivery fee and the tip when my order was delivered in complete shambles (see pics, yes, this is really how this was delivered. Spilled drink in bag and burritos taking a swim) is some real bull.
@JetBlue i also work on customer service…the guests come first…especially ones willing to pay for an upgrade. I’m disappointed in this whole experience.
@JetBlue I asked the front desk agents if there was anything left to upgrade…there wasn’t, again I understand…until another JetBlue employee was boarding. They stopped him and said “wait we’re getting you a better seat”…
@JetBlue finally get to my connecting city, the service desk was nice enough to get me switched over. She had said there were only middle seats, I understand.
@JetBlue 3 hours sitting on your plane, asked for water and was told no. Your flight attendant then very rudely asked if “I had a problem”….which yes, I did, her and the 3 hour delay.
