It's more than 70 days now.. refund of 32,617/- is still pending even after returning the product.. I am more frustrated with customer care calling and asking for the same information again and again.

I had all relevant proofs and also updated the account details.. but still why the HELL you are taking these many days to resolve the issue

It's been 50+ days.. REFUND still not processed.

I made a big mistake trusting and buying product from Flipkart

I had purchased a product "Ganapati Arts Scott Solid Sheesham Wood 3 Seater SOFA CUM BED" on 16-Jul-2024 with Order ID - "OD4317******3344100" worth 32,617/-. And I received the damaged product on 10-Aug-2024 and also the mattress size received is less size which doesn't fit properly on the Sofa

Immediately I had placed an return request and representive from FLIPKART got in touch with me and the product was returned on 27-Aug-2024 via DELHIVERY courier services and status in my Flipkart app doesn't got updated from Flipkart end after pickup and refund was not initiated and processed.

I had raised multiple complaints with Flipkart to look into the issue and process the refund, but still the refund was not processed and whenever I call flipkart customer, the experience with your support staff is HELL... almost everyday I call flipkart customer care to check on the status, but they give same pre-defined notes..

1. We apologize for the delay
2. We will get back to you in 24 to 48 Hours
3. Our Backoffice will call you to look into the issue..

I got exhausted with your stupid customer service care who are incapable to provide solution

The following Incident: IN24091414435936133735 is OPEN since 14th Sep with no resolution, all relevant proofs have been submitted to this ticket & Flipkart.

Total 20+ incidents raised not sure why these many incidents..

Also I do not understand why they are getting closed without resolution.

This unit of Kaynes was announced to be setup in Telangana in October, 2023. We had put in tenacious efforts to convince Kaynes to move from Karnataka to Telangana

They wanted land allotted right next to Foxconn plant at Kongara Kalan, close to Hyderabad Airport. We got that done in less than 10 days to win them over

Now to see this news that they are moving to Gujarat is truly saddening for us who worked hard for this

This was an important investment of over 3,500 Crore in semiconductor industry which is now a huge loss to Telangana state
