🚨Again and again. Bank after bank.

👨‍💼People pay their credit card fees for the full year, only to see a devaluation mid-year. This is like taking money from a customer and then not providing what they paid for.

🏦 🤝 RBI must step in. Stop these mid-year devaluations.

🪓I am not against devaluations. That’s the bank’s choice and may be necessary. But why should a customer suffer after paying the full-year fee with the expectation of using the promised features and benefits?

🛑 Stop mid-year devaluations. Either let users enjoy the benefits until their next renewal or provide a pro-rata refund.

We have enough technology and smart people to implement solutions for such use cases.

@OlaElectric The service centre in Udupi is permanently closed, and my charger has stopped working. My scooter is now at just 10% charge.

I’ve tried reaching your service call centre, and the experience has been pathetic. There is no functional service centre in Udupi and no meaningful support for an urgent issue like this.
