They have zero control over their dealer network, force customers to travel 6 hours for RTO formalities despite signed forms, and expect ₹3500 to “settle” it.
This would’ve never happened with Hyundai.

As per Nissan, RTO is pushing back despite valid Form 29 & 30.
We’re told to either pay ₹3500 or travel 6 hrs for a basic ownership transfer for a senior citizen.
No official rule or circular cited.

after 19 months, your staff is shouting at a senior citizen, demanding he visit the RTO or pay money.
This is harassment.
