I’ve been quiet recently, life has taken me down a different path the past year.

I left ASUS and a great team to challenge myself with a new company, which in turn did not go to plan.

After 2 months I left with nothing to go to, and for the first time feeling lost. 1/4

Since jumping into the trade I quickly realised the gym and construction/ roofing don’t always go hand in hand.

Which is why I have decided to create a page in which I want to document my life in the gym and outside, as well as work life and the reality of juggling it all
