@UnitySFBank Why does your mobile banking need to do SIM binding every time the customer wants to log in. On top of that, the verification SMS is sent and delivered in 2 seconds, still your app fails device verification. After 3 attempts, try after 24 hours. Improve your service.
@UIDAI@ceo_uidai I have responded to your DM saying the issue still persists. What is the action being taken? Is someone even looking at the error screenshots I share? There are clear error codes mentioned in the screenshot. Your tech team should be able to identify what’s the issue from that.
@ceo_uidai I am not getting any support in resolving issues for my Aadhaar after mobile update on 19/6:
1. Unable to get OTP through Aadhaar SMS service
2. Unable to Unlock Biometrics for authentication at banks etc.
3. Unable to add my Aadhaar to mAadhaar app

@ceo_uidai@ceo_uidai I am surprised even after raising the issue multiple times in all channels, no one in UIDAI has been able to resolve. Is the UIDAI tech team so incompetent that even after sharing error details, they can’t identify and resolve an issue. @UIDAIBengaluru
@ceo_uidai I have already tried calling 1947, emails to help@uidai, messages on X, emails to deputy directors, directors and director general for UIDAI Regional Office, Bengaluru but no resolution yet.
