@cutnstarve@ultgwj I wish I knew the answer but my guess would be to weight lift, eat protein, cut out junk and sugar and maybe even upping our intake💔I’m also at the stage where I’m skinny fat so I lose muscle instead of fat but I heard the reason to that is because of a low intake.
