@SAS Very disappointing first impression. Denying my family, 2 adults, 2 kids(3 + 6) our cabin carryons that our tickets said we were entitled to. For a red-eye flight, even. Nothing like having to repack all your bags and choose between having your valuables or your essentials.
@PezRadar Can you please fix the "teleport to black" bug. It's really annoying losing a fresh Opal buff because you teleport and the game bugs out so you have to close and restart.
@POLYWOOD I still haven't heard anything and it's been two weeks as of tomorrow. I am really disappointed with your customer service. The last set we ordered from you was missing a piece and it was sent the next day.
@PlayWonderlands I logged on in the DLC bazaar area. Couldn't interact with the mirrors, or wheel. Then I went to the over world and save quit. Loaded back up and I was in the tutorial. /Shrug

@AmericanAir the enforcement of the federal mask mandate at your portion of DFW(E gates) is laughable. Just watched your gate agent completely ignore a guy with a chin diaper, and watched a mask-less pilot sauntering through the concourse. @Delta did way better on our trip lst wk
@Delta Even your Twitter team is MIA. Your flight changes have made it impossible for me to get back from UVF to GRR on the same day as I had previously booked and now refuse to comp me for the additional night I will have to stay at an airport hotel despite offering me no alternative.
@Delta maybe you should stop messing with everyone's flights and then you wouldn't have to have 8 hours phone queues. Changing my 9 hour trip to a 20+ hour trip isn't acceptable.
