impose additional conditions for grant of interim bail granted to Savukku Shankar by a Christmas vacation Bench in December 2025 in connection with 17 criminal cases. Says he shall not make any comments regarding the criminal cases pending against him through social media or electronic media. Order that he should not communicate with or intimidate the victims/witnesses. Warn of cancellation of interim bail if he violates the conditions. Judges observe that video journalists too must adhere to high ethics. Dean of Government Rajiv Gandhi hospital is directed to constitute a medical board to examine his health condition and submit a report in a sealed cover on Feb 3, 2026. Says, court is not inclined to cancel the bail at the present stage. @THChennai
