@LinezfadeD I diffuse a lavender mixture throughout the day in my house. Then at night time. I spray my pillow, listen to some natural music. May also help to have your room at about 68 degrees. Mountain sounds are IT for me lol. My additive is a hella soft blanket wrapped around my face.

Thoughts for our other pup Remy. He got into the shenanigans with Luna which resulted in him having MAJOR surgery today. He is home and resting up. These two have always been thick as thieves. 7yrs together. Grieving for her and recovering from surgery is a hard battle. 💜
