ISRO has done it again. EOS-05, its advanced imaging satellite, is now up there, ready to deliver near real time imagery from 36,000 km above Earth.
Another quiet but formidable stride in India’s space capabilities sharper eyes, faster intelligence, & greater strategic autonomy
The priority must be swift recovery and a forensic investigation to establish how such a breach occurred and whether negligence or collusion was involved. Military weapons cannot be allowed to fall into unauthorised hands. Accountability must be fixed, protocols reassessed.
The theft of rifles, pistols, magazines and over 1,800 rounds of ammunition from an Army establishment in Secunderabad is a grave security breach, not merely a case of theft. It raises serious questions about surveillance, access control and inventory management.

What matters isn’t just the facility, it’s the resilience it creates.
In a war, tanks are valuable only if they can be kept operational. Indigenous overhaul capacity for T-72s and T-90s means faster recovery, lower dependence, and stronger combat readiness.🇮🇳

This is the kind of upgrade our border security has been waiting for.
AI, sensors, drones and integrated command centres can give our forces a much clearer picture of what’s happening on the ground and, more importantly, help them respond before a threat becomes a bigger problem
PROTECT TOURISM. PROTECT LIVELIHOODS. PROTECT THE DIGNITY and SAFETY of every person who contributes to Meghalaya’s tourism economy.
@SangmaConrad#meghalaya#studentprotest
Meghalaya must not forget that tourism is one of the pillars of its economy. The tourists who visit Meghalaya also depend on a network of people who make their journeys possible including drivers from neighbouring Assam who regularly transport tourists into the state.
Tourism thrives on trust, hospitality and cooperation not intimidation or hostility. Meghalaya and Assam have long shared close social and economic ties. These ties should be strengthened, not damaged by the actions of a few.
