Flight 6E524 (BLR→Agartala), seat 10B felt like a wooden plank. I couldn’t tolerate it—swapped with my 8-year-old, and even she struggled, needing a neck pillow.

@dccachar @SBMUrbanAssam : No waste pickup near Matrishree Lane, Chencoorie Rd, Silchar for around 1 month, people are throwing Garbage n it gets piled up, health risk rising. We pay taxes — weekly waste clearance is a basic ask, not a favor. Please act urgently.

@IndiGo6E Charged cancellation fee for BLR Guwahati 12 Dec flight despite Dec 5–15 waiver. I had to visit my elderly parents rebooked with another airline at ₹5k extra, and you still deducted ₹4,248 as cancellation + service fee.

Kids were with me who had 102 fever, other rooms were AVAILABLE , dormitory was available which was NOT given; Staff BEHAVIOUR & ATTITUDE was V BAD.
