Tactically:

Arsenal are a lot stronger now compared to last season’s meeting. With Gabriel and Havertz likely to feature after missing the previous match, and Eze and Gyökeres adding goals, they’ve addressed the attacking weakness that cost them in that tie.

PSG probably have the best attack in Europe right now. They’re not as solid defensively as they were last season — GK situation, CB options haven't stepped up in the absence of first choice pairing; but they can mitigate it by keeping the ball.

The tricky part for Arsenal is picking the perfect approach. Do they press aggressively and force PSG into awkward positions, or sit back and exploit the space Hakimi and Mendes leave on transitions?

PSG's fluid movement will cause Arsenal problems too: Who picks up Dembele when he drops deep? How will they cope with overloads on both flanks?

Psychological:

PSG have the edge – defending champions, momentum (consecutive final appearances) and experience.

Winning the PL is an understated boost for Arsenal. It cleared every doubts about the team's ability to compete and WIN. The weight of expectation should be bearable now.

Prediction:
It's closer than most people realize but PSG's attack tilts this in their favor. You know what to expect, not so much with Arsenal.

League Cup final comes to mind. It depends on what Arteta wants. The quality is undeniable, but the approach could define this final.
