We have a long history at Colehouse of working with projects that make a difference so you can imagine I jumped at the chance of getting involved in this.

We’ve been without heating and hot water since Saturday due to a broken boiler. We’re now on Tuesday afty and all that’s clear is that the three companies involved @0800Repair @AXAUK and @HalifaxBank don’t know their arses from their elbows. 1/3

Learnings.

1. They don’t care that you’re cold and have young kids in the house
2. The @HalifaxBank Reward Account isn’t worth the money
3. @AXAUK don’t pay out for genuine claims they should cover.
