Being super particular is one of my biggest weaknesses during Bar Prep. I have the need to know and understand every single detail of a concept inside and out. The bar exam tests minimum competency, not depth of knowledge. Constantly telling myself: LET IT GO🥴

This is why diversity in all areas inside and outside of the legal field is important. A common and descriptive term like banana + muffin would never be trademarked. Mochi + muffin shouldn't be either.
