@SprottMoney@spomboy If the probability of that view increases, when do asset values re-set to reflect it? Slow meltdown or “step down”? It would suggest resi-housing is overvalued by ~30%, CRE, generally, by another ~20%, not including normalization of the spread between base rates and cap rates.
