Handle went off balance as a dog leapt at the bag just in our neighborhood. Almost each lane has min. 7-8 stray dogs round the clock. Residents feed them left over food and so they cause trouble to anyone who's carrying a bag or container. This issue calls for strict action ASAP.

As part of routine food safety inspections across Cyberabad, CMC Food Safety teams inspected Alsaba Restaurant.

✅ Good Practices
• No synthetic food colours found in use
• Food handlers were using hairnets

⚠️ Key Observations
• Meat not stored under proper conditions in the freezer
• Improper wash area with water stagnation; unhygienic worker washrooms and fly movement observed
• No hot water sanitisation of utensils
• Rumali roti prepared adjacent to unclean washrooms with fly infestation
• Slaughtering area found unhygienic, with no separate containers for leftover chicken
• Water testing reports and medical fitness certificates of food handlers were not available

🛠️ Action Initiated
• Action has been initiated to suspend the FSSAI licence.
• The restaurant has been directed to remain closed until all identified violations are rectified and compliance with food safety standards is verified.
