@yosuke03 南アフリカ人から色々教えてもらいましたが、1番と3番のバインドが味噌らしいです。

NZの1番のバインドはHOが柔らかくなる←現地人の表現、らしいです。
グランドで検証してみます。

めちゃくちゃいい角度とスピードで走り込んでくるなぁ。

HOがこれだけスピードもって出てくるとディフェンスは一切前に出れない。

スクラムとおんなじだ。

Binding on the shorts is fascinating. In Japan, binding high through the armpit onto the jersey is the standard, but grabbing the waistband clearly eliminates that shoulder 'hinge' and locks the pelvic line into a single solid block.
