@flytradr_guy That's the gap. Most of the silent ones went to shared inboxes, so there's no role or wording to learn from, which is half of why I switched to founders only. From today I'm noting how each reply describes the problem. Curious, what's the tell you look for?

Day 3/30 to 10 paying customers.

4 replies to my cold emails. All no. All from support desks, all saying "users can already do that themselves."

Support sees the feature exists. Only the founder sees who never finds it.

Founder emails only now. 0 paid. Demo video tomorrow.
