मंत्री जी @kumarsudivya ने चालू सत्र में कहा की हम केंद्र सरकार को फ़ॉलो करते है,अतः कनीय अभियंताओं को 4600 ग्रेड पे नही दे सकते,जबकि झारखंड में ही बिजली विभाग में 2016 से कनीय अभियंताओं को 4500ग्रेड पे मिलता है,राज्य हित में अपने ही विभागों के वेतनमान विसंगति को दूर करना चाहिए
