My view if you agree - great! If you disagree - great! Having said that I absolutely have no time for bullies/Sussex haters who pick on people they don’t know!
🚨NEW: Donald Trump has attacked USA Olympic skier Hunter Hess on social media, calling him a “real loser” for expressing concern about the murders of Alex Pretti and Renee Good by ICE.
RETWEET if you stand with Hess against Trump!
Whenever I walk by the portrait of Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm in the Capitol, I’m reminded of her legacy, her impact, and her role in my life as one of my personal heroes. During Black History Month, I want to share that story with you.
I keep telling you all love is the answer
The Obamas responded on IG about 2 hours ago through the @ObamaFoundation
The caption simply states
“Love is beautiful. ❤️”
It sure is
Let’s love on each other and save this democracy

57 years ago today, Shirley Chisholm became the 1st Black woman sworn into Congress.
Shirley was never scared to stand up for what she believed in and fought tirelessly to ensure everyone could participate in our democracy.
Let’s honor Shirley’s legacy by continuing her fight.
It’s King Charles and his spineless heir running in hiding the day the court expose them for being in bed with tabloid rats.
When Harry talked about the “ invisible contract ” between the palace and media, they said he was attacking the family. Everything is coming out.
Prince Harry to royal reporters aka royal stenographers: I don’t know you!🤭
He let them know he’s NOT their friends. Period.
Time to bring this gem back.

They Tried to Break Him.
When That Failed, They Went After His Wife.
There’s something deeply broken about an industry that lives and dies by “sources.”
Everybody’s got one. Everybody’s connected. Everybody swears they know what’s really going on.
And yet, in a UK courtroom, Prince Harry did the one thing most of them never have.
He swore to tell the truth.
Under oath, he said stories attributed to unnamed “sources” were not coming from him.
No quiet briefings.
No aides whispering.
No secret pipeline to the press.
He didn’t say it on a podcast or in a memoir.
He said it in court.
And that should scare the hell out of an industry that’s hidden behind “sources” for decades.
What he described wasn’t one bad article or one hostile reporter. It was a culture. Stories so personal and invasive that any honest person would have to ask how the hell they were obtained in the first place.
He didn’t declare verdicts.
He didn’t accuse individuals of crimes.
He talked about patterns. Years of intrusion. Living with the sense that nothing was off limits.
When his voice wavered near the end, it wasn’t because he was losing control.
It was because this shit hurts.
It hurts to relive.
It hurts to explain.
And it hurts to realize how long people have been allowed to profit off your pain while calling it “journalism.”
When it became clear he wasn’t backing down, the target shifted.
To Meghan.
And I’m done pretending that part is subtle.
Look at the bylines. Look at the tone. Look at the obsession.
I’m not asking anyone to take my word for it. Do your own research. Try to find sustained, fair, good-faith coverage of Meghan from the same names attacking her now.
You won’t find much.
What you will find is a pattern of dismissal and contempt from voices like Rebecca English, Caroline Graham, Charlotte Griffiths, and Katie Nicholl.
So let’s ask the question no one wants to say out loud.
What did Meghan actually do?
Be educated?
Be articulate?
Have a career and her own money?
Refuse to shrink?
They called her “word salad” because they couldn’t call her stupid.
They mocked her ambition because they couldn’t deny her success.
They framed independence as arrogance because they needed an excuse for the hostility.
And when she didn’t break, didn’t beg, didn’t disappear, the tone got meaner.
Because she wasn’t supposed to survive this.
The expectation was simple.
Harry leaves.
The press turns vicious.
The marriage collapses.
End of story.
Except it didn’t happen.
Years later, they’re still together. Raising their kids. Building businesses. Living their lives.
And that, more than anything, is what drives tabloid culture insane.
So they keep saying Harry should “move on.”
Here’s my question. When the fuck will they?
These people are parents. They have children. One day those kids will Google their names and read what their parents wrote and realize cruelty was dressed up as commentary.
And no, Harry and Meghan aren’t above criticism. No public figures are.
This is about the moment journalism stops being journalism.
When opinion replaces reporting.
When dislike hardens into fixation.
At that point, it’s no longer accountability.
It’s punishment.
What we heard in court wasn’t a reckless prince or a bitter son.
It was a husband who loves his wife.
A father protecting his family.
A human being refusing to be broken.
They threw everything at this couple.
And still, they didn’t break.
That’s not scandal.
That’s strength.
They wanted silence. What they got was sworn testimony.
Prince Harry put his account on the record. In court.
Now the spotlight turns where it always should have been.
Because accountability doesn’t end when the witness steps down.
It starts when the people hiding behind “sources” are finally asked to answer for their own stories.
And somehow, they never seem willing to do that. https://t.co/GWYBgK1hIS
