They don't want to elevate others. In a clear Nazi style, they just want the dictatorship of the ultimate unadhikaris, precisely because they and their followers are incapable of both: following dharma in personal life, and intellectually capable of understanding its principles either.

Today is Ananta Chaturdashi (अनन्त चतुर्दशी). Bhagavan Vishnu is worshipped in his Ananta (endless) form, also identified with Shesha, on whom he rests.

Note - Ananta, name of Sheshanaga, is a Sanskrit word for infinity. Interestingly, symbol of Infinity (∞) mirrors the symbol of an endless snake-coil.

Rather than debating over who can or cannot chant Ganapati Atharvashirsha, it would be more fruitful for sincere seekers to do Parayana of Ganesha Sahasranama from Ganesha Purana which explicitly mentions that it can be chanted by one and all and further mentions that it is more Priya to Ganapati than even his Moola mantra.

Sincere seekers seek the path which can give results, while others waste time debating one's rights particular paths.
