I ordered my food to the wrong place.
I go to cancel and get told to I can’t cancel I try talking to the ai help. I put in my order info and I place new order to the right place and waiting for a real person to tell me nothing can be done. Negative customer care
@SubClinch@ChipotleTweets I even try to call the place and tell me how they don’t except call about cancellation even tho it had been less than a minute since I placed it😭
