उत्तराखंड में छह लोगों की मौत हुई है। कई लोग घायल हैं। विपक्ष के बड़े नेताओं को उत्तराखंड के बनभूलपुरा जाना चाहिए। वहां जाकर और ठहर कर चीजों का पता लगाना चाहिए। वहाँ जो हुआ है वह क़ब्ज़ा हटाने के नाम पर कुछ और भी नज़र आता है। वहाँ की ख़बरों में सरकार का ही पक्ष भरा है। ऐसे मामलों में विपक्ष के बड़े नेताओं को मैदान में जाकर रोकने और संवाद करने का साहस दिखाना चाहिए। आप बहुसंख्यक आबादी को गोदी मीडिया और व्हाट्स एप के प्रोपेगैंडा के सहारे नहीं छोड़ सकते। चुनावी ध्रुवीकरण तो वैसे भी हो रहा है।

विपक्ष इस तरह से चुप्पी लगाता रहेगा तोदेश भर में सामने आ रही सरकारी सांप्रदायिकता से नहीं लड़ पाएगा। इन बातों का भाषणों में ज़िक्र कीजिए। उत्तराखंड में भयंकर बेरोज़गारी है मगर बहस किस चीज़ को लेकर पैदा की जा रही है। वहाँ के युवाओं ने अगर यही भविष्य चुन लिया है तो दुखद है। उन्हें अख़बारों और चैनलों से सावधान रहने की ज़रूरत है।

दिल्ली में रातों रात मस्जिद का वजूद मिटा दिया गया। दिल्ली शहर के लोगों ने अनदेखा कर दिया। वे हर ज़्यादती में अपनी चुप्पी के साथ शामिल होते जा रहे हैं। विपक्ष के नेता क्या मौक़े पर गए, आस-पास के लोगों को बताया कि क्या हो रहा है?

हिंदी के अख़बारों में मस्जिदों पर दावों की ख़बरें भरी रहती हैं। कभी नीचे मंदिर होने तो कभी अतिक्रमण हटाने का सहारा लेकर तनाव पैदा किया जा रहा है ताकि बाद की कार्रवाई से वोट के लिए माहौल बने। ऐसी अनेक ख़बरों से गुज़रते हुए साफ़ लगता है कि कोर्ट, पुलिस, सरकारी विभाग और गोदी मीडिया के अख़बार लगातार ऐसी ख़बरों और बयानों से हिंदू वोट बनाने में लगे हैं। ये बहुत दुखद और शर्मनाक है।

नीचले स्तर पर कोर्ट की भूमिका पर बात होनी चाहिए। बात बात में सर्वे और स्टे के ज़रिए यह खेल खेला जा रहा है ताकि सब कुछ क़ानूनी लगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अलग-अलग अदालतों में चल रहे ऐसे दावों और मामलों को देखना चाहिए। न्यायालय की व्यवस्था उसके हाथ में है। भारत में अदालती सांप्रदायिकता( court communalism) का एक नया ही रूप देखने को मिल रहा है।
कम से कम सुप्रीम कोर्ट को उसका संरक्षक नहीं बनना चाहिए और न अनजान रहना चाहिए।
