@i_can_fix_you69 like that’s so much. he doesn’t have to measure anything, i meal prep his breakfasts and lunches, and all he has to do is stay within calories for his dinner and snacks. it’s got 150g of protein and 40g of fibre. but to be fair, he’s been eating 5k calories daily for a long time
