THIS FIR against Ruchika Singh is a direct contempt of Supreme court order dated 28.07.2026-

1- Barred harsh legal or coercive steps against regular students and regular protesters, EXCLUDING individuals with prior CRIMINAL records.
2- Release of Minors: Ordered the immediate release of all under-18 individuals detained during the demonstrations.
3- Medical Care: Directed authorities to provide immediate medical attention to all injured demonstrators.
4- Data Protection: Instructed police not to PUBLISH or DISCLOSE PERSONAL or DIGITAL information belonging to the PROTESTERS.

This FIR has openly flouted-

Point 1- Legal action.
Point 4- Leaked her personal address.
