No covid for the college functions but there's covid for the fully vaccinated students! All colleges are opening in India even most of University in Punjab (@pu,@lpu,@chitkara,@ccet) are open why not Chandigarh University #openCU

#chandigarhuniversity is forcing students to pay 3 semester fee to just sit for 2 semester examinations & those who fail to do so will be fined per day during this pandemic.
The semester was cut into half from 4 months to 3 months.
How is this fair during these times.
