@Judgydancemom @bourreetothebar I have studied and understand child development, which is why I can tell the difference between just a bad attitude vs. there being something more to it...no one said we’re just assuming all these kids have bad attitudes and writing them off as such...

@Judgydancemom @bourreetothebar So if a kid has a bad attitude, doesn’t listen to/take corrections, thinks they’re too good for their teacher/class (and therefore doesn’t progress)...it’s the teacher’s fault? 😂

@drunkdancemoms Both studios where I teach had class today lol, one doesn’t compete at all, and the other one doesn’t rehearse for comps on Mondays, just has regular class 🤷🏻‍♀️

@drunkdancemoms The good, honest studios only markup the amount they need to, but there are definitely some studios that markup their costumes way too much...and there are tons of crazy dance moms who would try to order their costumes on their own if they had that info 🙃😂

@DanceDadUniv I’ve seen people who were not affiliated with our studio at all (usually creepy men) video our dancers, so idk how they would even monitor that... (and yes, we told security and they were made to delete the videos) But I agree, it’s ridiculous 🙃

@drunkdancemoms Maybe look into “period underwear”? I think they make some specifically for teens & they’re usually either black or ‘nude’ colored...I hated tampons when I first got mine, but learned to use them very quickly so I didn’t have to wear underwear under my leo & tights to class 🙈
