Peterborough’s only Palestinian restaurant, Go Sandwiches, owned by a man from Gaza, was recently vandalised after a man entered the premises and began screaming abuse at the owner.

The man reportedly described himself as the “Lion of Judah” before attempting to rip down Palestine related pictures displayed inside the restaurant. The owner, Momen, eventually chased him out of the premises.

Momen told 5Pillars that he has reported the incident to police, adding that this is not the first time his restaurant has faced this kind of abuse since it opened in 2025.

Footage of an Islamophobe harassing passangers on a London bus has gone viral online.

The disturbing footage shows an elderly man directing foul language and Islamophobic insults at a passenger calling him a “Muslim bast**d" and a “terrorist”.

He also used a closed umbrella to hit at people on the packed bus. At one stage he even spits at one of his victims.
