The advising hold is placed on students' accounts to ensure that they meet with their major adviser(s) about their next semester's courses and graduation plan. So make sure you go see your major adviser about your advising hold! Only they can take off your advising hold.

September 6th was the Census Date to drop classes online AND without a 'W'. For those who missed that date, you will still be able to drop your classes until Friday, November 1st for the Fall 2024 semester. However, dropping now will result in a 'W' on your academic record.
