Remember what there was a huge group of supporters for Steve Lavin as the next USF head coach? Since then they have won 20 games 7 out of 8 years. This year Lavin is 4-24. Let this big boys do the hiring.
@postsbyzack Does a loss for SMC in one of the next 3 against solid teams, then one in Spokane, then not making it to the WCC finals, how bubble is that?
USF has 2 left vs Gonzaga. Split those, win the rest, and make it to Vegas final and very bubble for USF.
Remember when the narrative was how good Pac12 hoops was. Well, they are 5th and 7th in the WCC, 12-11 conference record. Minus bluebloods UCLA and Arizona, the other teams that left are 6th, 9, 9, 10, 10, 14, 16 (last), 18 (last) in their new conferences. 32-49 conference record
@AuricGoldfnger@Vince_Dice@MattNorlander Portland, St. Mary's, and San Diego are also not Jesuit, although they are Catholic. And then there was, of course, BYU.
We are excited to welcome 6’6” SG, Jason Rivera-Torres to San Francisco. Jason, an incoming sophomore is transferring from Vanderbilt. @jasonriv23 was a highly touted 4⭐️ recruit out of high school and averaged 6.4 pts and 3.1 rebs in 15 min/game his freshman year. He chose USF over interest from Michigan, Alabama, Iowa State, among others…
San Francisco's Jamaree Bouyea is at the top of basically every leader board so far in the G League Elite Camp athletic testing. Already jumped an impressive 39 1/2 inches in the running vertical leap.
Just chatted with @USFDonsMBB alum, Jamaree Bouyea. He had a great workout with the Lakers this morning. He’s been grinding, bopping city to city working out for NBA clubs.
He’s also been invited to the NBA G League Elite Camp in Chicago.
Exciting times ahead for Jamaree.
