I have been trying to reach out to mtn via all platforms to report about our damaged fibre cable in my street that has led to us not being able to use the connection for 2 weeks and yet no approach has been made to fix the issue.
Hello, @MTNNG. I subscribed to ur MTN FIBRE X, jst a week after the installation. An incident occurred in which a truck cut the cable that provides my network. Since then, I have made several calls to ur customer care unit, but I have not received any response to restore service.
