Em 2022–2023, com a inflação e a crise energética a dispararem, o Governo PS de António Costa não ficou parado:

– pagou um apoio direto de 125€ por pessoa + 50€ por dependente
– reduziu o IVA da eletricidade (de 13% para 6% até certo consumo)
– baixou impostos sobre combustíveis (ISP) para travar o aumento da gasolina e gasóleo
– aumentou pensões de forma extraordinária face à inflação
– criou apoios extraordinários para famílias e rendimentos mais baixos
– e chegou a avançar com medidas como o “IVA zero” num cabaz de alimentos essenciais em 2023

Dá para discutir se foi suficiente ou bem feito…Mas não foi inação!
