@MetroByTMobile Why would you ever ask a question like that publicly as replies to 100% public viewable info literally anywhere besides secure medium never mind on something like x?! Is that company procedure? Request sensitive content publicly of a customer?
@MetroByTMobile This be just derelict in making even the absolute minimum effort into providing secure concise customer requests nowhere other than p.m. so I really find myself shocked any company could be so sloppy and beyond negligent with sensitive data like a otp!!
@MetroByTMobile I'm long finished up with doing just that and then I provided more than a wealth of information but I'm yet to get an actual response to my actual concerns by anything but auto bot generalities that go far beyond infuriating to me or I'm sure anyone else making contact ATTEMPTS!
@MetroByTMobile why do you make the task of reaching you close to being impossible? Customers that find themselves in this type of stuff go somewhere else and you can bet on that. This nearly guaranteed outcome being the result of feeling unheard or worse yet don't matter.
@MetroByTMobile Why do I keep getting a robot voice that's telling me ok well try again later than says goodbye and click, hangs up on me. Regardless of what I provide for input at the beginning of the call up until I get hung up on by an obviously flawed bot!
