@Olacabs I was charged higher than the fare shown while booking despite no traffic no delays. I tried contacting support in the help section but only received the quick automated bot response without actually looking into the issue. No help at all.

@JioCare Hello! The majority of the us users are unable to access the Wattpad app and Website when connected to the JIO network. Other websites and apps work fine on JIO. This is not an issue with other networks. Can you please help?

@Olacabs Why is there no option for incorrect wait time charges in the help section?
Driver drove past the pick up point, checked-in for arriving at the pick point despite being far away. I even have screenshots of the same.

@cromaretail What's worse is the order tracking number is defunct. Keep saying no such order was shipped when we go to track it.
Either get me a proper response and deliver the order or cancel and refund the money.
Your 'shipped' status won't even allow the customer to cancel.

@cromaretail Absolutely no update about delivery. Just a message saying it's been shipped since 10th April. No updates, no delivery.
Even raised a complaint but again no response.
Called customer care, who said they will raise the request but did nothing.
Absolutely pathetic.

Now instead of a replacement they are giving me a refund just for that item and mentioning I can place a fresh order with it.
Ordering just 1 item will incur me a delivery charge.
How is that fair to the customer?

First I was sent the wrong item.
Then the helpline said its the same without even reading the label. She asked me what's the difference between Bru Cold Coffee classic and Bru Cold Coffee Hazelnut. Apparently both are the same.

Absolutely no help after raising the complaint as your employee calls and says it was made according to company measurements.
If this is the real cheese burst pizza then stop with false marketing. #FalseAdvertisement
