Obi's entire campaign still revolves around the "I save/left money as a governor", and that is true; But the problem is, you can't be saving public funds when the state lacks basic infrastructure, you can't save money while refusing to implement new approved salaries, you can't be saving money when people are reportedly left with unpaid pensions.
