@Aguillemes I wonder if the following distinction makes sense to you, not assuming responsibility over your list but rather assuming responsibility for good legal representation, whether solicitor or barrister, so that clients have their best feet put forward where the stakes can be huge?
Respectfully disagree. I see a difference between being bound/being affected/influenced. If say all liberal democratic orders world over allow parole for minors short of commission of homicide meet the US rule of evolving standards of decency for 8th Am, then how not influential?

She resorted to even more blatant deceptions when she tried to camouflage her permissive position on looking to foreign and international law to decide the meaning of provisions of our Constitution.
