@JPJ_Malaysia i have submitted an application to convert my foreign license to Malaysian license on 21/10/2024 and still it says “in process”. I was told it will take 30 working days approximately while the submission, now it’s more than that. How can I know why it takes so long?

@malindoair i have dmed a question, can someone please help me. When i try to use my refund voucher it says the name doesn't match. But the booking website is short of 2 characters on the "last name" and how can I then make a match..

@bigpaymeapp We have been chating about a DuitNow transaction with the customer care(ticket 2500948) from 21st Sept and all we got was a reply email asking more details and nothing more until this moment. Chat service doesnt do anything. What should we do?? Very bad experience
