I guess it has been rolled out for a few peoples with the beta version then afterwards it may be rolled out to all beta testers and then to be released in normal version.

So I uninstalled it,and reinstalled(Beta).Still I am not getting the option to do it,so do I need to wait for the next update to be released in the Beta version to do this or any other way?

Now Arattai has E2EE and works beautifully, solving many of the concerns people used to raise. Sir, these apps deserve a brighter spotlight. I humbly request that Zoho promote them more actively. Strong promotion will help them gain real stability, trust, and long-term users.
