PMO talk about modernization of Indian Railways. Basic needs are not getting fulfilled even after being charged with dynamic pricing.

why train no 12213 is running so late.Being charged for Duronto we didn't expect such a long delay.Train standing on Purna Jn for around 2 hrs Request u to please take action and plan to run train on time. seems like reaching Delhi will take 24 more hours

@RailwaySeva Dinner of 3 July served at 04-JULY-2022, 2 AM. Who will be responsible for this.
Our daily routine disturbed due to this.
There should be some penalty on caterer and railways and passengers should be benefited against the same.

Pathetic and worse service by #Voltas.After every 35-40 day cooling degrades to worst. After logging complaints they changed my condenser of external unit saying it is leaking 17May. After 1.25 month same problem again in AC on 27july2020.

I want to know if problem persist in internal unit then why changed my Ext unit condenser with a cost of Rs 7100.
I want to get it repaired properly in one go with in service warranty of first time fix.
