Just a curious question to the twitter fam after a discussion with my dad. Explaining the case: every month he has the hassle if collecting rent from 2-3 tenants..

.. if there is a fintech/saas product that allows him to place auto debit instructions on tenants accounts that will be a game changer. He can easily part with 1-2% of rent for such a collection solution.

Fully agree with this opinion. India’s happiness ranking of 126 doesn’t make sense. There is optimism and growth everywhere here. We should be in the top 50 if not better.
