I'm genuinely disappointed with the service I've been receiving. I paid AED 449 for Talabat Pro, only to find that "Free Delivery with Pro" still requires a minimum order value that isn't obvious until checkout. My refund request was rejected,citing the terms,conditions

One order arrived over an hour late. Today's order was delayed by around 15 minutes while I was left waiting hungry.
Each time I contact support, I receive the same apology and a voucher. The problem keeps happening.

Disappointed with @Blueair_MEA, @CarrefourUAE & @ShiftAE. My Blueair air purifier stopped working within warranty, but my claim was rejected because the plastic earth pin on the adapter was damaged, a non-conductive piece unrelated to the purifier itself.

Extremely disappointed with the service from @carrier and @myGdigital. AC at home stopped cooling, technician came and immediately claimed “gas leakage” without proper diagnosis. After charging for gas refill, he then said capacitor was damaged and charged for that too.

Now the same technician is giving random excuses like voltage fluctuation instead of fixing the issue properly.

@DMunicipality, please ban smoking in public walkways, bus stops and crowded areas across Dubai. Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes should be restricted to designated smoking zones. Lack of civic sense from smokers is making these spaces uncomfortable for non-smokers.

Daily power cuts after 10 PM in Vakathanam section citing “overload” right when people are trying to sleep in unbearable heat. This isn’t load management.

Kerala is already struggling with extreme temperatures. Many homes don’t have ACs or inverters. Cutting power at night is not just inconvenient, it’s inhumane.

Are authorities seriously unaware of the ground reality, or just ignoring it?
