@SpotifyCares@CesarBertuline I'm getting the same 502 gateway error when trying to login, even after clearing my cache and also trying in chrome incognito.
@HDCares@HomeDepot Update: @LGUS agrees the damage is serious and consistent with delivery or transit damage. LG says it was never installed and should be eligible for replacement, but only the dealer (ie @HomeDepot ) can initiate the return. BTW @HomeDepot tells me LG refuses the return. ♾️♾️

Ordered washer/dryer for delivery, installation, and haulaway of my old appliances. When my scheduled day comes, they did not install because a valve had a slow leak when partially closed.
@HDCares Update: Another week, another run around. After all that, it's back to "ask LG" So is LG going to remove my old appliances, stack and install the new machines (that the previous installers didn't even think were worth installing)? Services I've paid @HomeDepot for? Then repair?
@HomeDepot 10/ @HomeDepot Now I'm in an infinite loop. Now I'm going week after week with no laundry, hours and hours of wasted time, and thousands of dollars of broken machinery sitting in my living room.
This could be you, if you decide to buy appliances from home depot.
@HomeDepot 9/ @HomeDepot "oops, didn't get to it, let me call them now with you on hold." Get back to me, "Oh, it's been >48 hrs [I explained the sitch every step of the way], so home depot online has to deal with it." BUT HOME DEPOT ONLINE TOLD ME TO TALK TO YOU TO BEGIN WITH.
Been waiting on the phone for an hour with @united for what was supposed to be a "5-10 minute wait"... Just need to cancel the final leg of my trip as I found alternative transportation.
