Inspired by his lifelong passion for flight, @IULuddy senior Jeffrey Ogouyemi is heading to Mississippi after graduation to commission as an Air Force officer, taking the next step toward becoming a pilot.
Through his leadership in Air Force ROTC, his efforts in strengthening the military-connected community, and his work teaching robotics to local kids, Ogouyemi has made a lasting impact during his time at IU.
“If I can inspire even one person to dream more, learn more, and become more, that’s the life I want", he says.

Just wrapped up my 4th year judging the Cheng Wu competition at @IULuddy.
This year's winner, Resonix, uses acoustic monitoring to detect equipment failures in industrial rotating systems before they happen. Pumps, compressors, fans. If it rotates, they can listen to it and tell you when it's about to break.
The talent pipeline out of this competition is also real. Cheng Wu is where I first met the Deep Variance team, who we’re now piloting a project with at @megawatthq.
Already looking forward to next year.
New program offering at Luddy: elevate your technical expertise with the 100% online Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence.
