Minister Balaam Barugahara says that while serving as Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, 238 out of 250 DNA tests conducted on behalf of families revealed the men were not the biological fathers of the children.
@Africa_ftbl@osasuo@FIFAWorldCup Sangare had a good game, oulai was a right take, he kept passing alot of square balls, but taking off Pepe and not starting Amad is a problem

@appu_lebowski@MessiXtraHQ different times, different means, MSN would have been a success if Barcelona had brought in the right midfield profile to replace iniesta and xavi
@poliscoopmedia@US_SrAdvisorAF the most disturbing thing about this DRC govt. They say they want freedom from Rwandans but they support FDLR , FDLR are Rwandan too, DRC govt wants only a good relationship with genocidal Rwandans. Make it make sense
With utmost respect, Sir @SenateForeign,
Uganda is a democratic state and a nation that upholds freedom of speech. However, that freedom should never be used to undermine our national security, violate our laws, or threaten public order.
It is therefore misleading to make sweeping assumptions about Uganda’s institutions or security partnerships without appreciating the responsibility every sovereign nation has to safeguard its peace, stability, and constitutional order.
General @mkainerugaba, the Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, continues to serve Uganda in advancing national and regional security. Uganda remains a reliable strategic partner and has consistently contributed to peacekeeping, counterterrorism, and regional stability across Africa.
Constructive engagement should be guided by mutual respect for sovereignty, facts, and our shared security interests not by assumptions or politically motivated narratives.
Barugahara Balaam Ateenyi
Hon. Minister of Local Government, Uganda
It should be noted that Rwanda is now the latest group to allege a bias in Washington's approach to its peace mediation. The SAF in Sudan and the Tigrayans in Ethiopia have all argued that Washington's approach to peace is biased against one side. However, I would argue that in all these cases, Washington's interest is in something other than peace--Red Sea security, geopolitical competition or critical minerals--Washington's approach to peacemaking is simply a disguise for advancing its on narrow and parochial interests that have little to nothing to do with peace in Africa.
