Blockchain is a good tech as it is transparent, digital, real time, trustworthy etc. So they will create some blockchain to do that.

Privacy - same as previous.
Censorship - true. But yet to be seen what happens when countries start mining.

Limited supply - can be changed through controlling 51% of mining.
Decentralized - false. In fact small number of pools control majority of compute. Makes 51% control even more likely.
Monetary policy - same as #1. Protocol is limited. L2 needed to operate.
