What mischief is the proposed Amendment seeking to address and how does the Amendment strengthen the Multiparty political dispensation as provided for under the Constitution of Uganda?

Kindly ensure that the proposed Amendment meets the Constitutionality threshold otherwise it will be wasted energy if the Constitutional Court declares the Amendment Null and Void for being Unconstitutional and against the spirit of a Multiparty Political dispensation.
