@snitchindia I requested exchange for 4 items & return for 1. The delivery guy said return is for all 5, but I clarified only 1 was to be returned. He took it & said return was placed. Its been 3 days and my exchange has not been delivered yet. Please look into it.

I came across an incident where I placed an order from Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse. ETA was 30 mins, but the order came after over an hour. Tracking showed the delivery partner picked it up on time but took 1 hour+ to deliver it.
6/ When you’re juggling work and schedules, this kind of mess is the last thing you need. @zomato, all I ask is: show accurate order status and proper customer service. This is unacceptable.
5/ I had to contact support again, and this time Sowmya assisted me. She stayed in touch and gave me proper updates. Appreciate her help—but the overall experience was chaotic.
