Interestingly, these shifts did not correlate with the receptor's similarity to structural connectivity but with the overall density of the receptor map. 5HT-2A receptors were more sensitive to perturbations. (7/8)
🚨First PhD preprint 🚨Here we propose a methodology for pharmacological treatment development of DoC. Our model suggests that high density receptors like 5HT2A and 5HT1A are the optimal to recuperate healthy-like dynamics in a DoC model.
